This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The neighborhood is quiet and there several small restaurants nearby, also supermarkets. We love our stay, the apt is spacious, clean and coneveniently located. We could find everything we needed at the apt. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because we had issues with the fridge and although I called the number in my reservation, nothing was done to solve the problem. The fridge door was about to fall over and we had to be very careful everytime and our food was not getting cold enough. It was a small problem that should have been fixed before or right away. Other than that, it was a great stay, I recommend it!!!
