Easy access into the building and to the apartment with codes provided the day before check in. Apartment was clean and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Staff from their sister property was available to help out when we didn't know how to set up the heater for the living room and the bedroom. Linens and towels were clean and the bed and the sofa bed were both comfortable to ensure a good night's sleep. Location is perfect, close to Metro stop and walkable to most tourist spots. Lots of food options within a few blocks. Will stay again if returning to Porto.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, contains everything you need. Complementary pod of coffee and small bottle of port was an appreciated gesture.
