Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä kauppoja ja rantaa. Hyvä, kun asunnnossa oli kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta. Tilat olivat todella kompaktit eli ylimääräisiä neliöitä ei ollut.
Ilmalämpöpumput kolmessa huoneessa olivat hyviä helteellä.
Mukava pieni uima-allasalue.
Uima-altailta oli vaikea saada aurinkotuolipaikkaa, koska ihmiset varasivat pyyhkeillä tuolit. Tähän majoittaja ei toki voi vaikuttaa. Parveke oli mukava asia, mutta siivoukseen olisi syytä kiinnittää huomiota. Terassi tuoleineen, lattioineen, kaiteineen ja pöytineen oli täynnä linnunkakkaa. Jouduimme itse siivoamaan sen, jotta terassia pystyi käyttämään.
