Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
This cosy 90 m² apartment in Torremolinos offers a complete experience for up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located just 50 metres from Bajondillo Beach. Ideal for those seeking comfort and proximity to the sea, it is situated in a lovely community with well-maintained gardens and communal pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Additionally, it includes a numbered parking space in the rate and access via lift or stairs.
Please note that the pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the owners' community, which may vary depending on the season or internal decisions.
The apartment stands out for its 8 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views. The spacious and bright living-dining room features a sofa, television and a wooden family table for sharing unforgettable moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and juicer, making it easy to prepare all your meals.
The two bedrooms have single beds and space for storing luggage, one of them with a small independent glazed terrace, guaranteeing peace and privacy. The apartment is air-conditioned with centralised air conditioning and heat pump for greater comfort throughout the year.
The location is unbeatable: surrounded by beach bars, bars, shops and fine dining restaurants on the seafront, with easy access to public transport (bus and train) and by car. You can hire bicycles to explore the coast and reach natural areas such as the mouth of the Guadalhorce River, where you will find bird observatories and green spaces to enjoy with the family. It is also ideal for visiting nearby attractions such as Aqualand, Selwo Marina and renowned golf parks.

Good location with a view. Large apartment with good sized bedrooms and great deck. Washing machine with extra room for hanging laundry. Bathtub was a nice amenity.

Lovely place with awesome views . Walking distance to the beach, the local grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, it has a beautiful sea view on the spacious balcony, the kitchen is complete for holiday cooking. The beds took some getting used to because we are a little less used to it at home, but still slept wonderfully. The apartment has a good location everywhere close. And also a plus a private parking space
