This was a stunning holiday home that was enjoyed by our family of four (two adults and teens). The layout was perfect for us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces - including the canal and ability to fish off the boat dock. The home was very well appointed for us all to feel like we were at home, albeit in the fabulous Florida sun. The canal - water traffic and wildlife - were an absolute bonus to our holiday; we saw both dolphins and manatees and caught fish using the provided rods. The pool and integrated spa were perfect for adults and kids alike to enjoy anytime of day. The kitchen and living area had everything you could need and it was nice that the owner chose to let folk leave condiments for guests to use - it always feels so wasteful throwing away purchased goodies!The living, kitchen and bedroom areas were perfect for relaxing in and the range of televisions provided ample choice for some time out! The local area itself is absolutely lovely and when you’re driving in to Apollo Beach, and then turn down the road, to the property, you realise you’ve found somewhere really special to stay! Further afield the property is perfectly located for heading either to Tampa, Clearwater Beach or to Anna Maria Island - our locations of choice for beach time, retail therapy or food. Locally the food choices are very good for either breakfast, coffee or evening meals.All in all Kat has provided a stunning property that will suit anyone who wants to be able to relax!!

I was very happy and satisfied with the structure and comfort of the house. Everything was well organized, clean, and cozy — it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Everything was as advertised.Wonderful neighborhood.Great spread-out floor plan.We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool.Host was very responsive and helpful.

The property itself was very nice. The loss of stars directly resulted from my communications with the host themselves.
- Host unwilling to accommodate any check-in earlier than 4PM, so don’t book an early flight. We ended up sitting on the property driveway for over 2 hours after traveling for 12 hours.
- The inside door handle to the property was broken which prevented my family from entering the property even after the deadbolt was unlocked. This resulted in further delays to the start of our vacation.
- The hosts incessant texts messages about the property led me to believe they monitored the cameras. They went as far as to remind us to take out the trash and then again to bring up the trash cans.
I am a very low maintenance tenant. I respect property as if it was my own and I have very high personal standards of cleanliness, demeanor, and proper communication. The quality of my stay was directly detracted from by the communications with the host.
