Villa Stella is a newly built holiday villa situated in the picturesque village Ražanj, just 19 km from the beautiful town Primošten and 27 km from the UNESCO-protected town Trogir. The villa is located only 120 m from the nearest beach with crystal clear sea, making it a perfect choice for a holiday home for everyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation on the seaside.
Villa Stella, built in 2020, covers a living area of 180 m2, while the entire property is laid on 200 m2. This elegant and contemporary furnished villa spreads over 3 floors (ground level, first floor, and second floor) designed as separate apartments - each consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and well-equipped kitchen with dining area, allowing the guests to keep their privacy within the group but at the same time offering enough space for social gatherings and interactions.
The interior of Villa Stella features a minimalistic design and clean lines, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a queen-sized double bed.
Villa Stella consists of a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 15 persons, making it perfect for larger groups of friends or family.
The outdoor area is designed as a comfortable garden equipped with outdoor tables and chairs and a lounge area, while the guests can find refreshment in the heated outdoor pool (21 m2) with a waterfall feature or soak up the sunshine on sun loungers around the pool, all while admiring the breathtaking sea view. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors will have an outdoor barbecue at their disposal.
