Large front porch and spacious open floor plan concept makes this the perfect place to gather with friends and family for loads of fun!
Plenty of parking, level large yard for kids to run and play.
This amazing “home away from home” is on quiet street in an older, established neighborhood. Located 5 miles from Chattanooga's Main Street action, 6 miles from downtown Chattanooga, and 4 miles from historic Chickamauga Battlefield. Convenient to attractions such as Tennessee Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, IMAX 3D Theater, Chattanooga Zoo, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway. Shop in Chattanooga's North Shore area or Hamilton Place Mall, neither far away.
There is a yummy Mexican restaurant around the corner as well as a Dollar General and Food City. Roy’s Diner is around the corner and has fabulous breakfast!
The 3rd bedroom has a futon and isn’t a true bedroom, more of a “pass-thru” room. This could be used for sleeping or for entertainment. There is no door to close this room off.
Each bedroom (3) has a tv and there is a tv in the living room.
There are extra chairs on the porch and in the property if needed.
The kitchen table only sits four (as seen on the pictures).

Clean and had snacks witch the grandbabies loved, very easy to get to Rock City and Chattanooga Tennessee Aquarium will book again

This cute little house was immaculately clean and filled with all the amenities you could hope for. The property owner was friendly and communicative, and we will definitely stay here again when we are next in the Chattanooga area. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

We were in town for a long weekend for a sporting event. The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and updated, had everything we needed. We were close enough to get things we needed to cook and stay in and about a 10 minute drive to many great local places to eat. Would definitely stay again if back in Chattanooga area. Highly recommend.
