There is nothing to report not to like as the cottage is everything you need and more. This was our 2nd visit and we will be returning

A lovely short stay in Kirkby Lonsdale

Great location, very pretty and welcoming cottage. Nice welcome package from the host. Nice kitchen space with everything you need to cook, make a cuppa etc Good information supplied about the local area include restaurant recommendations

Parking a bit of a pain but permit is supplied Shower temperature was temperamental Fridge was smelly - something had leaked and was not cleaned Too much furniture in the bedrooms Cottage was cold in the mornings and midday, heating didn’t make a huge difference and had to get the log burner going.

Perfect and cozy break away! Would return again!

Small and cosy but more than enough room for 3 of us plus two small/ medium dogs! The cottage had everything we needed… and the host was on hand at any moment if we had a question! The centre of Kirkby was less than a 30 second stroll down the road from the property… this stay couldn’t have been any better! The property was just fabulous

Lovely cottage in a great location

Great location. Loved the welcome basket. Great cottage very clean & well equipped

The 2nd bedroom was a twin room but didn't have proper single beds. It was a day bed and the guest bed was very lumpy & uncomfortable. I slept on the settee the 2nd night which wasn't ideal. It would probably ok for a child but not an adult. For the price of the cottage I would have expected proper beds.

Lovely cottage in the heart of the Village with a roof terrace!

Excellent location in the heart of the Village, the parking permit was an added bonus. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with welcome gifts of wine and biscuits. The beds were comfortable and lovely soft towels. The house was very tastefully decorated and the added bonus was the roof terrace which was great to sit out on. The host contacted us with all the details for our arrival and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Having the outdoor terrace is a bonus in Kirby Lonsdale. There is a parking permit but unfortunately there were no spaces during the 5 days so did have to pay for parking on the car park around the corner.

The property was brilliant Mr Butterworth. Has thought of everything! Even leaving a welcome pack as part of your stay. The cottage has got everything you need for your stay. it’s very modern and very close to all amenities and restaurants etc. it’s a lovely location and the roof top terrace is beautiful. I can highly recommend this cottage to anyone you will be so comfortable and enjoy your stay. it’s credit to the owners. we will certainly be returning soon. thank you so much Darren Davies 5******* 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

the bathroom door has a hole that you use to lift the lock, i didn’t like the idea of there being a hole in the door while in the bathroom

The perfect, cozy home from home 😌

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, cozy and everything you could need to hand. So well thought out - the owners have clearly worked hard to provide a lovely home from home. So much thought has gone into it. We were also lucky enough to have lovely weather and were able to make use of the comfy roof terrace for evening drinks and breakfast. A perfect place to hang out with friends- we can’t wait to go back next year. PS thank you for the beautiful welcome basket - a lovely thoughtful touch x

The cottage is located ideally to enjoy all that Kirkby Lonsdale has to offer. The living space is comfortable, cozy and inviting. the bedrooms are comfortable with good quality bedding and the veranda is a lovely space to enjoy on sunny days.
