Perfect place for holidays

The apartment is located in the very nice and quiet place next to the beautiful park. this is the first big plus for the accommodation. As for the apartment in which we were accommodated for five days - there was everything we needed and I could imagine staying there for much more days. There is everything - kitchen is very well equipped so you can even cook there, bathroom and bedroom were also without mistake. Apartment was very clean, there was enough light in all rooms. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the host Maurizio - he welcomed us with a bottle of wine, fruits from the garden and various food we could take for breakfast. Moreover, he gave us many useful tips where to go, where to eat best meals and what to see around. We felt welcomed and very comfortable in this apartment.

I cant remember anything fundamental, everything was perfect or very good. The only thing that could be problematic is the fact that there is no wifi in the apartment. Anyway in case you go for holidays, you do not need it usually.

All in one good

The Owner was very kind, he brought us breakfast, the location of the apartment was perfect, 200 meters to the beach. The apartment was comfortable but to small for 3 persons.

No Wifi, no curtain for the shower, the communication was difficult and the neighbours in the house were very noisy.

Excelente lugar al que volvería sin dudas

Empezando por Naurizio el anfitrión que te soluciona cualquier problema el departamento tiene todo para una excelente estancia. Muy completo y muy bien ubicado. Con fácil acceso y cerca de la playa y restaurantes y supermercados. Todo a 4 o 5 cuadras. Fácil estacionar en la calle

Ottimo inizio 2025 a Marina Di Pisa

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione a due passi dal lungomare di Marina Di Pisa. Ci sono diversi negozi dove poter comprare necessario e altrettanti ristoranti se si vuole uscire a cena. C’è un parco giochi per bambini adiacente alla struttura, molto apprezzato e utile per i bambini più piccoli. L’interno è semplice ma funzionale, con cucinino abitabile fornito di ogni strumento utile a cucinare. Il bagno è spazioso con doccia ed eventualmente vasca da bagno (sempre utile con i bambini). Il proprietario è attento e premuroso nei confronti degli ospiti per far sì che il soggiorno sia piacevole e senza stress. Sicuramente è un appartamento consigliato per coppie o famiglie di tre persone.

Ci siamo già confrontati con il proprietario per dei piccoli accorgimenti. Si è dimostrato aperto al confronto e desideroso di migliorare la struttura.
