Modern, open-plan loft with south-facing balcony

A largely open-concept loft with a large living-dining area and access to the south-facing balcony. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) are located at the rear of the house, facing the small Defernik River, whose gentle murmur can be heard. The bathroom features its own sauna. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and, of course, a fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is furnished with four box-spring beds, which can be rearranged into two double beds if needed. The south-facing balcony is shared but can also be partitioned off. We offer you a vacation experience with a difference. The vacation homes and apartments at Arber Lofts feature modern amenities, combined with shabby-chic furniture and select antiques. Spacious apartments with a special charm await you—perfect for friends, family, and groups. The lofts are the ideal place to unwind, relax by the pool, and enjoy precious vacation time with your loved ones. The surrounding area, with its unspoiled natural landscape around the Großer Arber, offers a wide variety of recreational activities and places to explore. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace, TV, and internet access. The pool and ski storage room are shared facilities. The total amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 31 days before arrival. If there are fewer than 30 days between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid via instant bank transfer. Please note that neither (credit) card payments nor cash payments are accepted on site. If you would like a payment confirmation, please feel free to send us an email. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartments. Starting in 2026, the visitor’s tax will be included in the price. You’ll receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. For late arrivals, keys are available via a key safe. A crib is available free of charge upon request.
