A large inviting oceanfront living room allows access to the covered balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Spacious bedroom with a large King Sized bed with luxurious linens and comforter. Wireless remote control black out window shades will give you the most peaceful nights rest ever. Downstairs there is a beautiful heated swimming pool and hot tub for your relaxation and enjoyment. Also shuffle board and a 1/2 basketball court. Bring some food to cook out on the grills and enjoy a picnic under the covered cabana or just enjoy at one of the tables.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo! The amenities were top notch and the views superb! Our hosts were friendly and easy to get in touch with. The location is great with the gorgeous beach out front and restaurants and shops nearby.. the trolley stop is convenient too!

Excellent location, view of the beach & gulf was amazing! The property is exactly as pictured - gorgeous! Kitchen was very well stocked, everything you'd possibly need. White bedding and towels give a spa like feeling to this lovely condo. Hosts stay in contact and easy to work with.

Our stay was from July 12-26For starters delicious snacks and adult beverages were waiting for us as well as a thoughtful framed greeting announcement. We were there to see the ocean and the views. The views from this room are just beautiful and gorgeous. Actually those words don’t do the views justice. Million dollar views may be the best description. Daily sighting of marine animals was a delight. Everything is in such close proximity to this room. My husband and I were overjoyed with the hospitality shown by Kathleen and David. We would definitely recommend this to any and everyone.
