About this house rental
Welcome to Terrapin Lagoon! We have been vacationing on Saint Simons for many years and decided to open our Townhome cottage to visitors as well. We are conveniently located in the popular Gascoigne Townhome complex, a short drive or bike ride away from the quaint Saint Simons village or East Beach.

Arrived on Friday afternoon and found the condo clean and ready for our stay. Spoke with the owner and he was very accommodating and friendly and made sure that we knew if we had any issues that he would be available to assist in any way possible. I was also able to get an additional day off and he assisted us with extending our stay by an extra day. All immediate needs were provided so that all we had to do was bring food and clothes and settle in for a relaxing stay. The condo was located conveniently close to everything. The beach and pier were only 3 miles away. Checkout day was a breeze compared to other places that I have stayed. Everyone really enjoyed the turtle pond, and food was provided so that the turtles were fed daily. Very nice and comfortable condo. Highly recommend for anyone looking for laid back comfortable home away from home feel.

Really liked the location. It is located just when you arrive on island. The unit was well decorated and furnished. There was an issue with previous occupants, they had neglected on trash disposal instructions. The owner contacted us prior to arrival and let us know. Appreciated the heads up. Anyone who stays here will find a good place to stay.

It was a exceptionally beautiful condo. We loved everything about it (except having to leave & go home 😆) especially the turtle pond😍❤🐢🐢🐢
