The location is great. I liked the private deeded access to the beach. Please note there are floats, beach chairs, and a wagon at the property already. We brought ours with us but may have used the ones there if we had known. Plenty of beach towels too. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. For it to be a holiday weekend at the beginning of our stay, it wasn't crowded BUT this house is on the main street so you will see traffic from time to time while sitting on the balconies. With a large crew, be mindful of the shower schedule because the hot water will run out. I think adding a tankless heater to the home would solve that problem. Everything else was fine. We really enjoyed our week. Trash pickup is in the middle of the week so you might have full trash bins from the previous stay. And bring tissue, paper towels, dish washer and laundry detergent with you as well as trash bags as they leave enough for a day or two to get you started but with a big family you'll need more for sure.

Great property and stay. This is a newer property and I could recommend a few additions to improve the property including a refrigerator for lower level, TV for outside pool area and lights on the porches however overall the house & location were great for our group. Beach Access was a big plus
