About this house rental
Spend your visit in Albany in our amazingly beautiful place! The house has just been renovated. Every room has its own separate bathroom. The house is conveniently located near the downtown as well as Saint Rose College. The parking lot is also provided. There are many restaurants, pubs and local attractions within reach. 5 Queen bedrooms, 3 of them on the 3rd floor and 2 of them on the 2nd floor. Also a twin real bed "room" in the basement w/ private bathroom. An extra twin air bed can be added to the master bedroom on the 2nd floor or the back bedroom on the 3rd floor if request in advance. The house is very well finished and the host was very responsive. The kitchen is a little small for a big group. The beddings and mattresses were great but there are a lot of stairs which might be tough with anyone with a disability

Nine of us, ranging in age from 75 to 90, stayed at this home and had an outstanding visit. As mentioned in previous reviews, Peter—the owner—was exceptionally responsive, whether by phone, text, or in person. The house itself is beautiful, with stunning woodwork throughout. All but one of the bedrooms (which we didn’t need) had private bathrooms, and each room had its own television. The beds were very comfortable, making for restful nights.The location was ideal—just a few blocks from several restaurants, and only a short drive to the city center. The only minor drawback was that all the bedrooms and the kitchen are on the second and third floors, which posed a slight challenge for some of us given our ages.Overall, we highly recommend this property.
