1/2 Mile to Rotary Park (Boat Ramp), 15 Minute drive to Laughlin and Lake Mohave. Everything you need to be comfortable! Very nice, clean home! 3 smart tv's, bbq, fire pit, Keurig Coffee maker, Large Driveway (for boats or rv's). Great Location, close to everything!!

The house was comfy and clean. It was great for my husband, myself and our two dogs. LOVED the soaking tub. Overall, a great stay!

We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen. The house was great especially with a dog. Parking in the driveway, I didn't have to find parking on the street. The only thing I suggest that the owner gets is regular cable TV. I don't have Amazon, Netflix or anything else. I could not watch TV and that was a disappointment.

Someone had previously left trash and a broken lawn chair in the back yard. It's not the host's fault; some people are just... uncultured. Kendra was kind and very helpful. Place was clean, and very nice! Beautiful kitchen! I didn't much care for the 'remote' light switches, but that's just me. There were plenty of towels, coffee, spices, etc. Just bring your favorite shampoo and you'll be set! Thank you Kendra!

There was no hot water in the shower of the master bedroom. There were only two bath towels for the three of us - until the last day when we found several nice towels in the dryer. The second bedroom has a nice queen bed and a bunk bed. The room is so small that the closet could not be reasonably accessed and the bunk beds were aligned within 6 feet of the queen bed. The photos definitely do NOT show this.
