About this house rental
"Suite 102 in Madison" is a keyless entry, 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath "Smart Home". The living room has a flat screen TV, plenty of space for relaxing, movie/game night or preparing for tomorrow's meeting. Kitchen is equipped w/ dishes, coffee maker, kuerig, and appliances. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a queen bed, full bath in each. Command to change lighting, music (upstairs and downstairs), and tv. Washer/dryer and dishwasher inside suite. Also includes a two-car reserved parking space.
The space
This location is very close to the Huntsville International Airport (4.2 miles), minutes to/from Toyota Field Stadium, Home of the “Trash Pandas”, Space & Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Toyota Plant, convenient to shopping, dining establishments, entertainment, and interstate 565/65.
Guest access
Entire townhouse belongs to you. Washer/Dryer inside townhouse. Dishwasher also available. Private spacious backyard with seating, outdoor ceiling fan, firepit and BBQ grill.
Other things to note
A door access code will be forwarded to the guests the day before arrival.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
Portable A/C in the master bedroom to provide additional cooling comfort!!!

We needed to adjust our dates about a week out and the the host was very accommodating! Love that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Cleanliness was an issue but the host said she would rectify that from here on out. Be aware: the train will literally be stopped on the tracks at the corner of Front St & Sullivan St for a long time, preventing access to the house if traveling N on Sullivan- you will have to drive back out to County Line Rd. (Wonder if theres a schedule for that?!) Despite being close to tracks and airport, it was still pretty quiet. Didn't have time for the firepit but love that it was all fenced off out back for privacy.

The condo was clean and had everything you needed for an extended stay. The host did a nice job of preparing the condo for our stay including a Christmas tree and holiday decorations.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Nothing extravagant but a place that was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to feel right at home.
Our son recently moved to Madison and we just wanted a place where we could all gather for Thanksgiving.
