You will hear noise of the demolition of the existing stucco and may have swing stages and workers on the east side exterior of the building outside the windows. For the duration of the project, the courtyard (east side) and portion of the upper parking garage will be closed for access. This condo is located on the east side of the tower.

We loved our condo and having a golf cart to ride around Sandestin was wonderful. My only complaint is the washer started leaking the first day there and it took 4 days to get a solution which wasn’t much of a solution for us. They offered us another room 4 floors up, well with two children we couldn’t go back and forth to do laundry so we ended up dealing with it.. We also noticed the condo wasn’t the cleanest, dried sauce on the counter(we didn’t eat in at all so it wasn’t from us) the shower was dirty, there was a screw driver in the second bathroom tub/shower, and under the master bed was filthy. Outside of those issues we throughly enjoyed our stay. We weren’t huge fans of the pool at Beach 2, so we drove to the aquatic center pool which was great for our young kids!
