SAN TEODORO - VIA ALGHERO At 200mt away from La Cinta Beach and 400mt away from the city centre, newly built head-terraced house. It is composed by a living room with kitchen and with double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom (with joinable beds), two bathrooms both with shower, covered veranda with outdoor table and chairs, large three sides private garden and parking space.

The house is equipped with TV, washing machine and water reserve.

ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale, camera doppia con due letti singoli anche unibili, bagno con doccia, veranda coperta attrezzata con tavolo e sedie da esterno, giardino e posto auto privato.
