WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-No pets
-No smoking
-The community pool typically closes mid-October and reopens April 1st.
-2 parking passes ONLY. Please notify Spectrum Properties if you plan to have more than two vehicles.

Overall, great space, updated decor, ease to walk to beach and great location in AB. Only concern ( for someone with asthma) is the strong smell of mildew as soon as you enter space.

We love staying at Dunescape, great views and beach access, convenient location, great units. A few things in the unit could have been better, but nothing was awful or even close to bad, and we were at the beach! To be honest, the master shower was tiny but adequate, cookware pitiful, other than that, all awesome!

Gosh I would hate to actually own one of these, all the maintenance and cleaning must be crazy. Had a great time, great location. Just a mile or so from the circle at Atlantic Beach. Like any beach rental, the condo just needs to be cleaned up real good. But everything was fine, and would stay again.

The property was nice but needs updating. The bedding and towels could have been nicer. Outside furniture is old and rusty. Then the AC was not working but the property manager said they would refund us 50%. It would have been nice to have beach chairs as well.
