Lakeview Escape 2BR Cabin w/ Dock, 2 Pools & Resort Amenities –Bass Point

Very clean and nicely decorated. We arrived late at night and the power was out so it was difficult to find. Nice people in a golf cart asked if we needed help. Easy entry off shared deck. Steps down to the cabin from parking and steps down to the dock (for those with mobility issues - help might be needed). Cleanliness and comfort are huge for us. We were amazed at how clean and organized the cabin was. Only downfall was the air conditioner was in the main room and blew directly on the comfy couch. So if you wanted privacy closing your bedroom door, you wouldn’t get much of the a/c. There were fans in the bedrooms. Lots of space to put away items (closets, cabinets, plus shelves in bathroom for toiletries). No washer/dryer but the common room has several. Washes are $1 - be prepared if you don’t travel with cash. Waking up to the gorgeous lake view is exactly what we were looking for. We also rented the dock for $20/night along with a boat & raft. We had a blast cooling off on and in the lake. What would we change? Add a tv in the bedroom. I know…..it’s vacation and time to connect. But we love to wind down in bed watching tv. Excellent communication and the co-owner even stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed.

The interior is updated and is Beautiful! The kids love the shower and I really appreciated the lovely smelling towels! We did encounter some rain but we were pleasantly surprised to find games and puzzles to help keep us occupied. The hosts and property managers were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Only thing that could have made it better is a clear cabin # 27 parking sign.

We really enjoyed our stay! Super nice and clean cabin everything you need for staying at the lake! Right on the lake front with beautiful view of the lake and nice deck with nice patio furniture. Enjoyed the pool too! Celebrated our 27 anniversary there and Host surprised us with a card and nice bottle of wine . We would definitely like to go back sometime! Close to great restaurants and even enjoyed a hike at HaHa Tonka state park. Resort was kept up , quiet , and peaceful. Very family friendly as well. Lots to do on the lake right there if interested .

The place was wonderful! Very clean and accommodating. The are was quite and peaceful. 10 out of 10!
