About this house rental
This Iconic Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage was Futured on "HGTV' situated near the end of a quiet cove. Located in Sunrise Beach, the cottage is in a small cove off of Cape Hollow Cove, near the 8 MM. There is a boat launch just around the corner at Rock Harbor Resort. It is close to the new Woods Supermarket and restaurants. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2024 and includes new Central Air, and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-road parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 king and the other includes 6 twin bunk beds, and a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The cottage also includes a private dock with a boat slip and a nice swim platform for your outside entertainment. New expanded deck with gas grill, propane provided. All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are provided for your convenience. The time is here to book your getaway to the lake! We have also just added 2 new Kayaks, Lilly Pad and a Stand Up Paddle board for you to use as well.

Quiet calm cove. Plenty of furniture and toys for guest use. Nice layout and access. Use caution on the ramp to the dock - can be slick with morning dew.

The property was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We appreciated the washer and dryer. The location was secluded and good for a restful stay.
