Last Minute Free WIFI Penthouse with a huge terrace and a unique view of the Atlantic

The apartment was ideal situated and easy access by lift the roof terrace was amazing plenty restaurants and supermarkets near at hand

The views from the balcony & roof terrace were amazing. The apartment was a bit tired but had everything you needed, bedrooms were small but we knew this before we got there but they had ample cupboard space. Check in was bit hit and miss but we got there in the end as parking was impossible, we did think in the description with Vrbo that there was parking and a garage onsite, but was disappointed that the garage was 150m away and was a multi storey payable at 12 euro per day or 35 euro a week if payed in advance. We found the apartment in a clean condition with ample towels and utensils. No aircon in the apartment so will be hot in summer. We were unable to use the balcony and sun terrace for three days till 4pm as the painters were painting the facade, they rang the door bell at 8.30 to get on the balcony to tie all their safety equipment etc to the staircase, but on the positive side the outside will be nice for your visit. Lovely little minimarket opposite the main entrance, with a few local restaurants and bars. We had a great time in Tenerife but the parking is the main problem, not too bad during the day but hard work on an evening. Thanks Thomas for looking after us during our visit. Regards Steve & Mary

renting was easy, the reception very friendly and well maintained, the apartment is in a great location, it has everything you need and the roof terrace is absolutely amazing. Thanks Thomas and Laly, you are so helpful and friendly. Great hosts.

The landlord: shameless first contact. The only issue was renting a car from him. Aggressive inquiries about at which car rental company we´ve already booked. Several times. Out of politeness requested an offer from him but never received one. After key handover, we never heard from him again. The key handover: unprofessional. 1st appointment: through the car rental (didn´t work), 2nd: in the flat (canceled), 3rd: at the airport (after landing) We had to look for a car in front of the airport to get the keys there. Wrong picture of that car was sent first. The apartment: Extremely noisy. From 5 a.m. you can hear the neighbours' doors rattling and the lift doors opening and closing. All bedrooms (small) face the common interior hallway. All-day pool-entertainment sound from the hotel complex opposite. No dishwasher. Bathroom in need of renovation. The roof terrace: Spiral staircase almost rusted through. There is no WiFi available there. Uncosy interior (The neighbors make it better.).
