La atención, la buena onda y la habitación que me dieron. Es la 2da vez que voy a ese hotel y en la segunda oportunidad, la habitación que me dieron fue mejor que la anterior. El desayuno, riquísimo.
No me gustó que hayan dejado el calefactor prendido y no poder apagarlo. Tampoco me gustó que no haya papel higiénico en el baño. No lo repusieron.

La posibilidad de ofrecernos una habitación en PB ante la dificultad de subir escaleras.
Las fotos de la página de Booking no corresponden con la realidad del hotel. No se avisa que el único pago es en efectivo lo que dificulta al momento de pagar el hotel. El personal se nota cansado y algunos de ellos no brindan una atención amable. En un cajón de la mesa de luz de la habitación se encontraron cucarachas lo que denota falta de higiene.
