Second-floor apartment, superbly located right on Ris Beach in Noja, in a very recently built building that is part of the Apartamentos Pineda complex. It features 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds, a terrace, and fantastic ocean views; a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room; a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV; and a pleasant terrace with ocean views. It also features a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, a garage, heating, bed linens, towels, etc.—all included in the price.
It can accommodate up to four people with two beds in the bedroom and a 1.35-meter sofa bed in the living room.
A fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blender, and kitchenware are included in the apartment.
The center of Noja (Town Hall Square) is located 450 meters away, and within a 200-meter radius you’ll find a park, shops, a golf course, a sports center, surf schools, restaurants, and more.
Noja is undoubtedly one of the greatest attractions on the Cantabrian coast, and its spectacular beaches are world-renowned. Just a half-hour drive away, you can visit Cabárceno Park, Santander, Laredo, Santoña, Castro Urdiales, and more. It is undoubtedly a strategic location for a beach vacation and sightseeing. El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar inmejorable, bonitas vistas y parking, además están permitidas las mascotas! Aunque los muebles son un poco antiguos, el apartamento tiene de todo, está muy limpio y es muy muy cómodo. Repetíamos y volveremos a repetir!
El sofá, está bastante usado y es incomodo

Ya me aloje hace unos años y este año he vuelto. Buena ubicación y además pude alojarme con mi mascota.
