Perfect when traveling with small children!!

The apartment was super clean, very well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay with small children. I was pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, baby bathtub, bottle brush and also children books and games. Despite the flat overlooking a road with tram in the middle, it was very quiet. Besides, it was very practical to be able to use the garage as parking on the street is not free and during hot season it is difficult to find a parking space. The location was perfect: the beach, town center with shops and restaurants - all within 5 min walking distance from the appart.

The toilette is separate from the bathroom and is located near the entrance door, so you have to walk down the corridor all the way to the entrance door from the bedroom, which may be a bit annoying during the night. But this is really a minor disadvantage.

Ruim appartement, voorzien van alle benodige faciliteiten.

Ruim appartement, voorzien van alle benodige faciliteiten. Het bed was voor ons opgemaakt en er was voldoende informatie over de locatie en activiteiten beschikbaar. De ligging is geweldig, dicht bij het strand (ca 150 meter), winkels, supermarkt, eetgelegenheden en openbaar vervoer. Er worden geen extra kosten voor borg, schoonmaak of afval in rekening gebracht waardoor er geen verrassingen zijn. De host heeft ons zelf per bericht op de hoogte gebracht van een extra activiteit (optocht met versierde tractoren), wat erg attent was. Het ontbreken van een oven en de nauwe doorgang naar de garagebox waren bekend en voor ons geen belemmering. Voor liefhebbers van historie (WO 1 en 2) zijn Diksmuide, Ieper en Duinkerke (Fr.) zeer interessante plaatsen binnen een straal van 40 kilometer. Kortom, wij waren zeer tevreden met ons verblijf.

Séjour parfait dans un logement impeccable, idéalement situé et où l’on se sent comme à la maison.

Séjour parfait ! L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque pièce était impeccable et de l’équipement complet pour passer un séjour agréable. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise dans un lieu aussi soigné. La localisation est idéale, à deux pas des commerces, de la plage et du centre-ville, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Un garage privé et fermé. Un grand merci à Ann pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions qui font toute la différence.

Appartement cozy, on s'y sent comme chez soi et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la localisation proche de la plage et des commerces! Mes enfants ont adorés, on y a passé de belles vacances !! Je recommande sans hésiter 😁

Alles prima buiten de betichting schade te hebben aangericht.

Het appartement is zeer goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden en alles was proper. Het is echt heel goed en makkelijk gelegen.

- met de auto naar de ondergrondse garage rijden is niet voor bangerikken. Het betreft eens smalle doorgang met een bocht, op een bepaald moment was ik niet zeker of ik niet vast zou komen te zitten, en ik rijd dan nog niet eens met een lange of brede auto. Dat was dan wel niet zo , gelukkig, maar ik vond het toch iets wat vermeld had mogen worden op voorhand. - Ik vond het vooral onaangenaam om aangesproken te worden op een kapotte terrasstoel. Wij hebben deze niet stukgemaakt, het was ook gewoon duidelijk dat het hout van de buitenmeubels echt niet meer sterk was. Ik snap dat ernaar gevraagd wordt, maar blijkbaar wordt er dan toch niet na elke verhuur een goede controle uitgevoerd van de spullen want wij hadden niks kapot gemaakt. Dit is ons elders nogal eens overkomen en dat is echt geen fijn gevoel, zette er meteen een domper op, eigenlijk. We hadden ons al voorgenomen nog terug te boeken voor dit appartement, maar na de veronderstellende mail van de eigenaar zijn we daar dan maar van afgestapt, wat zonde is. - houten terrasmeubels zijn zowiezo onderhevig aan slijttage, zeker aan zee en wanneer ze nat kunnen worden. Ik vraag me nu af wat er zou gebeurd zijn als we er bijvoorbeeld op gaan zitten zouden zijn en hij zou stuk zijn. Dit kan dan toch niet op de huurder verhaald worden als het materiaal eigenlijk niet meer ok is. Bon, dit terzijde, maar het laat een wrang gevoel achter.

La proximité avec la plage Le garage pour y laisser son véhicule L’appartement de manière général était lumineux, propre. Les équipements et ustensiles étaient suffisants, nous n’avons manqués de rien. La proximité avec le Proxy Delhaize.

Le détecteur d’alarme incendie qui s’est déclenché à 1h40 du matin … (Piles plates ?), tout le monde dormait…

Situation géographique. Digue/plage très proche. Proxy Delhaize juste en face et boulangerie Diema's à 200m. Fauteuil individuel tout confort, fortement apprécié par tous. Box pour garer la voiture.

Goed appartement, ligging oke

De garage was zeer moeilijk om in te rijden , de WiFi code slecht leesbaar en konden we niet gebruiken . Door een waarschijnlijke mis communicatie was het bed niet gedekt maar dat was wel snel opgelost ( wel duur om te huren dat beddengoed)
