About this house rental
Casa Silvana can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It is located in a sunny south-facing position in Pettenasco, on the east coast of Lake Orta and has a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. The house has a delightful garden (completely fenced) with barbecue, fruit trees and garden furniture. Vehicles up to 4.00m long can park on the Casa Silvana property. Vehicles longer than 4.00 m can be parked in a public parking lot 80 m from house. The width is not restricted.
Living room with dining area. Fully-equipped kitchen with washing-machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds). Balcony.
Ideal location for boat and water sports-lovers.
Garden table and chairs, garden furniture and barbecue - ideal for all your meals "al fresco".
Internet access is available via dongle (mobile Wi-Fi - Pocket WEB).
Up to 30 GB available at a flat rate of 15 € for your entire stay. An extra 15 GB is available for an additional flat fee of 5 €
Touring bikes and e-bikes and rowing boats for 4 -people with outboard motor (petrol or electric) as well as paddle boards can be rented.
Please note, the price quoted is for 2 people; additional guests are 10 Euros per person per day.
