The Beach Loft by Xio

The location is a beach village with a beautiful view of the golf course on the second floor. It has a security guarded gate. You can walk to the pool easily and to a beach. The beach is having issues not the fault of the apartment. She had cute decorations and toiletries were great. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean. We had a couple of issues One was washing machine and the other was a toilet running that was fixed very promptly. I love the view. Liked the cute little decorations and amenities to the apartment.

It is a very basic apartment. Did not have an ice maker, blender, and other small appliances, it did have a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer dryer... The apartment had two leather couches with a glass table. I did not think that was a good choice. I think some toad stools or an ottoman would be a better choice for propping up feet. The glass kept moving around and we had no place to really lounge out. The doors are brand new but had huge cracks underneath them that allow hot air to flow in and wind and leaves. I had to buy some insulation from Home Depot to stop the gap from blowing hot air and leaves in. We stay there almost 2 weeks. We left 2 days early not because of the apartment. For the value of the money it was good. However another place we had stayed before was more nicely decorated and had the appliances like an ice maker the blender bigger TV ottoman etc

First of all, the location. Second of all, the facility was beautiful and clean. And third, the room was comfortable, the living room was spacious, the kitchen was clean and we have also laundry. Excellent!

I never expect perfection, so all the good things outweighed what we might not have liked. Even the price was good!

Everything was excellent! Air conditioning; Clean, steps away from private pool (access control and body-guard), across the street from Wyndham Palmas hotel, quiet, calm, very relaxed atmosphere, 24 hr surveillance.

Nothing to point out. Everything was perfect.
