New hotel, reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. The hotel breakfast was excellent and there were even gluten free options (I was super happy about this as it’s not often they are provided in places) The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to travel in to the city centre on the tram.

Location is good by Maybach Straße, easier access from the highway or the U trains.

There were strange dye stains in the bedroom. The beds are not comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend it, at least not the Stuttgart location!

The hotel lacks a ramp for transporting bags and suitcases. The staff is unprofessional and struggled with understanding and speaking English. The room had numerous issues, including problems with heating and lighting. Additionally, the safety box in the room was non-functional. It was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in.

A truck blocked the entrance and exit from the garage parking. Had to wait 30 minutes or more for the truck to move. Red a better way to pick up laundry.

I liked that the hotel is walking distance to train stations and parks. Room was quite confortable and bathroom was clean.

Basic hotel for the short stay

Hotel is OK if you travel by car and needs a place to sleep for one night.

Very basic hotel. Theoretically should be cheaper. Rather poor breakfast choice. We had no soap near the sink, only in the shower area. And the water did not drain away in the sink. The shower area wasn't separated from the rest of the bathroom.

We did not feel welcome here

The room was spacious and beautiful

I was travelling with a handicapped family member. Therefore I had asked for a room with a specially equipped bathroom and separated beds. Unfortunately, the communication was difficult. My booking.com message to the hotel was never replied to. Then I sent an e-mail to the hotel. No reply. After three days I sent another e-mail and finally I got an answer - but just a partial one. Without signature. We exchanged the total of 9 e-mails after which I was still not sure whether the receptionist arranged what I requested. When we arrived, there was a double bed in the room while I had asked for separated. So another journey with the wheelchair from 4th floor to the reception. The answer was - just separate the beds on your own. But that was not possible. Finally, the staff member spent about 5 mins in our room, unscrewing the beds from each other. Other question: can we put the bed next to the wall so that the handicapped person does not fall on the ground during the night? The answer was a clear "no, it´s forbidden"🤬 We did not feel welcome here. The staff was (at least partly) not German so you can forget the traditional German politeness and hospitality. The communication was mostly quite difficult. What I found the most rude was that on the day of departure, a cleaning lady disturbed us 2h30 min! before the checkout time, knocked and OPENED the door right away. I have never experienced such a lack od politeness and respect before. Especially in a room for handicapped people and on the day you leave. The parking is expensive too (20E/day), you can consider parking on the street before the hotel, that´s for free (they´ll try to charge you for a few days in their undergroung parking though). All together, this was a disappointment and for the very first time on booking.com, after being happy with all my previous stays, I cannot unfortunately recommend this hotel to anyone.

Superb

Room was cozy. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Bar was decent and had some decent food. Right next to T-Mobile so cell signal was very strong.

Used my cell phone hot spot because the Wifi was really slow. Lack of full door or curtain in shower caused water to go out on bathroom floor. Free drink ticket had unexpected limitations.

Good location for my stay, pretty new hotel.

Waps not very clean some hair on sheets and in the bathroom. Was charged for a breakfast but wasn't asked if I want it - however we quickly solved it. I booked a room with a view and had a view to a wall.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room was pretty comfortable. I particularly liked a contemporary design and nice colors. The breakfast was also quite good. I especially liked good choice of cheeses and teas. The dining room was large, with a lot of fresh air and sunlight. A Wi-Fi was quite good. I also liked having a "built-in" Bluetooth speaker and a TV Chromecast option. The hotel staff were all nice.

More space in the room and more space for clothing storage would be desirable. No closed wardrobe. Nowhere to hang hats. Also, the glass between the shower and the rest of the bathroom was only half way, which was not enough and the whole floor was getting wet when taking showers. There was some constant noise coming from the outside, which was disturbing, so we had to close the window and turn air conditioning on at night.

When we booked we were told we would have a view though, upon arrival we didn't get a room with a view (something we were looking forward to). They also didn't seem to care so much about this when we asked. They just claimed all the rooms with a view were full. Note: I paid extra to have a room with a view
