    I specifically booked room with AC but they argued with me at check in, For over an hour - I finally got a room with AC, so I booked another night and confirmed everything including verbally with staff and supervisor. The next day at 1pm however they told me I had to move to another small room without AC!! More arguing. Eventually exhausted I left and stayed somewhere else but it was not easy as there was not much available due to huge festival. It was extremely poor treatment that impacted on my weekend so I couldn’t enjoy the city like I’d hoped to. Stop listing ur rooms with AC and charging people ! Foreigners don’t see it as a cheeky sales ploy we see it as a deceptive scam. It happens in Medellín a lot and I will not be recommending anyone visit Medellín using budget accommodations. They lie and care not for you.
