Tiny little rooms, you pay more than most hotel and you get the tiniest room with a small bed, I paid for a room with a view and didn't get it, cold staff that are loud and make sure you don't get any sleep, they LL bang door and walk by my door talking loud for hours for two weeks straight, very rude front desk last that scream at you and laugh at you, same for the rest of the staff, terrible atmosphere of unhappy drinks, only a few staff were neutral, Christmas holiday and no deco, no kindness, I just wanted to leave the entire time but I paid too much to leave. I was so dessaopoint when I could have paid hath the cost to get a bigger room and better staff, only the hot shower is great and the tv.
