Thoroughly enjoyable stay in this beautiful home from home lodge.

Lovely clean and spacious dog friendly lodge with great views. Well equipped with lots of small touches that made it a very comfortable stay. Electric charging point is a real plus! The site is immaculate too, very peaceful with the added bonus of Craftworks for a meal/drink. Perfect location for exploring Padstow and the surrounding area. Would definitely return.

Nothing really! The mattresses weren’t overly comfortable so woke up aching a bit in the mornings, and if staying for longer, drawers in the bedrooms would be useful.

Perfect location, exactly as seen on photos, we certainly enjoyed our stay!

A little hiccup with the key safe box when we arrived was soon fixed by the excellent reception and maintenance staff there. The lodge was exactly as seen on photos, all was clean, spacious really well equipped and beautiful views. The walk into Padstow is ok, not scenic but you get there in 15 minutes. Although we did not have our dog with us - the lodge and the park are really well geared for dogs, so no problem should you bring your fury friend.

One slight downside was the e-charging at the property - it has a label with instructions on it, but these were faded and not readable. We used the ones by reception, though don't arrive without charge as the first day they were in constant use. The instructions for the e-charger could be inside so easier to read

Pleasant stay in a basic accommodation

Location is great and the host was easy to communicate with. The host allowed us to rebook with a new credit card which was greatly appreciated.

Very basic house with minimal amenities. Had to ask for towels because not enough were provided and they advertised providing shower gel and we had to also ask for that. Water pressure doesn’t allow two showers to run at once. The seating in the lounge is also not very comfortable and the furniture feels very big for the space. I wouldn’t consider this a luxury property as advertised. While the beds were cozy, the pillows were not very comfortable

Excellent, have stayed here two years in a row.

Excellent location on the outskirts of Padstow. Close to several excellent dog-friendly swimming/surfing/bodyboarding beaches. Well-appointed comfortable house with nice views over fields towards the Camel Estuary. Start of the Camel Trail is a mile away - excellent for runs/walks/bike rides.

The crockery and glasses a little past it’s prime, which is a shame as it’s potential is good. A vacuum cleaner would go a long way to keeping things clean though. Please check the pricing of the price of the property next door and take note Ian.

Proximity to Padstow fantastic. We even managed the walk across the fields with our toddler. really safe for families and ever so clean.

The balcony misses the evening sun but plenty in the morning. This is of course preference based so not a flaw in any way.

Would be very happy to come back here. Excellent location 10 minutes walk from Padstow. Extremely quiet/peaceful. Lovely views out over farmland towards Camel Estuary. Ian the owner was very helpful and communicated well. Very close to some excellent dog-friendly North Cornish surf beaches.

Amazing place to stay, the lodge itself was on a beautiful site. So peaceful and quiet with a view of the fields in front. Good for dog owners as they had facilities for them and there was also a place that did street food and drinks on site. The lodge was amazing, had everything provided in there for us that you would need. The lodge was really spacious and would definitely recommend. Had a large setting areas outside with chairs provided making full us of the views. Ideal for Padstow, Newquay and the surrounding areas. Can’t wait to come back, really enjoyed our honeymoon here.

Simply beautiful and everything thought of

The lodge was fab, really spacious and a pleasure to stay in, comfy beds and sofas with lots to do in the lodge, the park also has amazing facilities from walking the dog to kids play areas, looks to have everything

We were hoping for a nice all to padstow itself, but the footpath was too boggy and the road had no path, so not an easy commute - but we made it work
