The best part was the service: the staff always responded immediately via digital channels, whatever the question and whatever the time. The place feels very authentic and lets you experience and understand Naples from the inside, with an excellent location for exploring the city. Everything was also very clean and very well organized
The bathroom door is a sliding glass panel that doesn't fully seal off from the rest of the room, which reduces privacy. The shower lets some water out onto the bathroom floor. These are small details that would be easy to improve.

Recently renovated, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, fully equipped, flexible to clean when you want, always available for questions and assistance.

Brilliant attention to detail. Consideration for the main needs but also accommodation to other requests.
