The staff were very caring. The rooftop had a great view of the town (but it was a bit smelly up there).
The free filtered water was great.
It was next to a cinema, so it was very loud until around 9.30pm each night.
There were a couple of miscommunications while we were here and we were booked the wrong train ticket when we left.
There was no fan or ac in the room, a fan would have been good to cool the room in the heat of May.

Very attentive, quick response, well maintained common space, greenary at entrance and overall cleanliness. Continuous supply of Hot drinking water.

The incharge Mr. Kannan was very polite and taking care of the guests very well
Room was good and decent, exactly like shown in the pictures
Close to the centre and very close to shopping places

Very bad location. It totally accessible by a big vehicle. Booking.com should search condition of any hotel before advertising under Booking.com,
