Nothin' but A Breeze is single family home in Windmark Beach, Creekside Village phase. This phase is unique offering larger lot sizes, and close proximity to the beach access, less than 2 blocks, & partial water views form the front patio. Beach Access is a breeze with the provided beach wagon, umbrella, and 4 beach chairs. The community offers resort style amenities such as a large community pool with zero entry, miles of boardwalks, multiple beach access points, on-site gym, and restaurant; View on 98. Best of all, there is 0 construction in this phase.
Nothin but A Breeze offers accommodations for 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy tray ceilings, stone countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors in the main living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. The front covered patio has two rocking chairs and is a great location for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Relax on comfortable couches in the living room with Bluetooth speakers, large flat screen Roku television, DVD player with library, books and puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, as well as Keurig and standard coffee maker. Cook your catch on the provided propane grill and enjoy al fresco dining on the rear screened in porch. There is ample seating for 9 between the dining room table and kitchen bar. Each guest room offers a flat screen Roku television, comfortable bedding, closet access, and shared bath with shower/tub combo. The master is a suite to definition; with an attached bath featuring a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private water closet. All linens, less beach towels, are provided.

Depending upon guests length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased.

Nice 2 bedroom/ 2 bath house, with a small study with sleeper sofa that could possibly be used as a third bedroom. Pool was much farther than expected. I don’t think toddlers or small children could make the walk. Pool is only about 4 feet deep in the deep part, which made it more relaxing for me since I didn’t feel like I had to constantly watch the kids.
This is of course not the house’s fault, but the biggest disappointment for the kids was the beach. The water was brown and there were no waves for the kids to play in. We ended up driving 30 minutes each day to the state park at Cape San Blas for swimming.
Download speeds on the wifi dropped significantly the last night we were there, to the point that it was impossible to watch the ROKU TV. I do not know if this was a fluke or something to do with the internet plan and the fact that we were there at the end of the month.
On the plus side, there are lots of lovely paved trails for biking and jogging, the on-site restaurant is good, and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
One other note: Mosquito trucks came by in the evening to spray mosquito fog throughout the neighborhood. The first time we saw them we were riding our bikes. I am sure the fog is safe, but it was still a bit unnerving to see my children breathing in the mosquito fog as the truck went by. We stopped riding our bikes in the evenings after that.
