Newly Remolded Ocean front Condo, Building A- Second floor unit, no elevator. New Kitchen and bathrooms with brand new appliances. This condo is renovated from top to bottom with brand new everything. New Flooring and shiplap throughout. kitchen is stocked with instapot, slow cooker, ninja blender, k-cup and regular coffee pots, spices and great pot and pans if you want to stay in. Wake up to sunrises and go to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Sleep Soundly in an upgraded Luxury Mattress in master suite, 2nd bed room with 2 full beds, and sofa is a pull out queen bed. Too much sun we got you covered. Enjoy one of the three large screen Smart TV's in this unit. We also have upgraded WI-FI for streaming movies or working remotely with the Ocean view.
The grounds of this unit are stunning, there are 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and beautiful areas for grilling out. Easy Access to beach with beautiful boar walk. Historic St. Augustine is a 15 minute drive.

Room was fresh and clean. Beach is a little bit of a walk but its worth it. Pools were nice and you had options if one was filled with other people. We were surprised about the amount of dogs there. I would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean unit thats safe and very convenient to the beach! Stocked with everything that was needed, comfy beds, great views. Good food, coffee and shopping near by and not too far from historic st augustine! You can hear people walking in the unit above so bring the sounds machines!

Overall the condo unit is good (not great).
Good: It has a very warm beach feel to it. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything needed when preparing a meal and the washer/dryer next to the guest bathroom is really convenient. The walk to the beach is right at the back of the property and the beach was never crowded.
Not so good: The condo complex itself is very dated. The workout room is a complete joke. As for unit 203A … the deck is small … much smaller then it appears on the pictures. When we arrived the unit wasn’t cleaned well at all with crumbs all over the table and sand on the floor. The LG smart TV in the main room was basically inoperable. I called at reported this issue and the suggestion I got was to go buy a new remote to see if that works. I wasn’t wasting my time on that “suggestion” needless to say. With little kids … not being able to have a family movie night was a bit disappointing. The refrigerator and microwave both had issues … but I will say a repairman was sent quickly to address both.
Overall my family had a good week at the beach but will look for a different location next time.
