Comfortable apartment in Villajoyosa with a view of the sea, on the fifth of six floors with an elevator.
The apartment is located in Villajoyosa, across from Paraiso Beach in the residential complex "El Jardín," at Partida Paraiso No. 9, in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood of Villajoyosa, less than a 30-minute drive from Alicante Airport.
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible, having been designed with this in mind.
Air conditioning provides heating and cooling in both bedrooms and the living room.
It’s an ideal place for a family vacation with one or two children or for groups of friends.
The apartment features a dining room connected to the living room, a well-equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, dishes, glasses, and a blender.
A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels, shower gel, soap, and toothpaste) and a large glass-enclosed balcony offering a magnificent panoramic view of the beach all the way to the private pool in the residential neighborhood; the beach is about 100 meters from the apartment. A separate toilet and a sink.
The bedrooms feature built-in closets where you can store your clothes and personal belongings (several sets of bed linens included).
