Having used this place multiple times, I can confidently say it always exceeds my expectations. I am thoroughly satisfied, and everything is exactly to my liking. The accommodations are highly comfortable, perfectly clean, and wonderfully accessible. An absolutely flawless stay from start to finish.
I have absolutely no complaints.

Lokalizacja, mimo że troszkę dalej od centrum Mikołajek nam nie przeszkadzała. Samo miejsce super, cicha okolica, możliwość zaparkowania samochodu praktycznie pod domem, ładne i czyste wyposażenie apartamentu, super altana z kominkiem, gdzie można było smażyć kiełbaski a przy tym widok na jezioro - coś pięknego.
Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo na plus. Jak będziemy w tej okolicy pewnie odwiedzimy ponownie.

Clean and tidy. Nice decorated. Easy understandable self check in. Big garden, so kids have plenty space to play outside. Safe parking inside territory. Calm neighborhood during night. AC works fine.
Just a few minor things, which could make this place perfect:
- for longer stay would nice to have washing machine;
- would like to have black out curtains;
- bed and door are squeaking;
- 20min to the center.l by foot.

Die Lage, mit Balkon mit Blick auf den See, ist super. Die Wohnung im EG ist schön möbliert, kein Luxus aber sehr ordentlich auch wenn an manchen Stellen der Lack etwas ab ist. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ziemlich klein, der Wohn-/Essbereich groß genug. Der Außenbereich, mit Grillhütte, war sehr gut in Schuss. Von der Straße kam wenig Lärm.
Wie in den meisten FW sind die Kochmöglichkeiten mit zwei Kochfeldern sehr begrenzt. Über Studentenküche hinaus geht sehr wenig. Die Ausstattung mit Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfen war sehr dürftig. Zum Glück hatte ich mein Taschenmesser dabei. Eine fünfter Stuhl wäre bei 5 Personen auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Wenn in der FW im 1.Stock die Kinder spielten (was total normal ist) war es mit der Holzdecke ziemlich laut.
