Dzīvoklis atrodas ideālā vietā, ir autostāvvieta. Labi aprīkota virtuve.
Gultas veļai bija nepatīkama smaka, mitruma. Dvieļiem mazāk, bet arī. Vannas istabā arī bija nepatīkama smaka, kaut arī bija iztirīta ļoti labi. Pieejama veļas mašīna, bet nav, kur veļu izkārt. Lietas ko īpašnieks nevar mainīt, bet likās mazliet traucējoši ka kaimiņi smēķē kāpņu telpā un pie durvīm. Stāvvietas pusē kaimiņš bija ļoti īpatnējs.

Mieszkanie duże, wygodne, super wyposażenie, niczego nam nie brakowało. Dwa miejsca parkingowe w cenie pobytu były bardzo pomocne, patrząc na lokalizację w której trudno o parking. Sama kamienica bardzo cicha i spokojna. Kontakt z Panią Julią był świetny.
Jedynym minusem była niska temperatura w pomieszczeniach.
