About this house rental
Luxurious Villa with 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), large indoors and outdoors entertainment spaces, open modern kitchen, large indoors outdoors dinning area, airconditioned, with a designer's private pool and an Olympic size lighted double tennis court all in an acre of olive trees, with a treehouse, own stream and sea views.
2 large balconies both with sea views as with 3/4 bedrooms. Sandy and quiet beach with crystal clear waters at short walking distance, approximately 500yards from the property.
Excellent location, easily accessible from the Thessaloniki or Kavala airports (approximately 90 or 60 mins drive respectively on the Egnatia Highway).
The area is a true hidden paradise in northern Greece, with many choices of sandy beaches (including the Ammolofoi or Gold Sand Dunes), seaside tavernas, Kavala the nearest city (approximately 6 miles east, with its own harbour and fishing fleet -one of the most beautiful cities in Greece), the ancient Theatre of Filippi (inland approximately 15 miles) and the historic island of Thassos with its ancient Theatre (a short ferry day trip) with summer festivals of music, theatre and culture in all 3.
Access to white water rafting, mountain hiking, fishing, local food markets and even ancient mad baths:).
The property with the private land are self contained, could be a perfect way to recover from the protracted pandemic in the sun, improve owns diet and physically recondition yourself and loved ones, even under quarantine conditions.
Last but not least, mid to late October is olive harvest season, an amazing experience to have and the purest olive oil, cold press at the local factory, no chemicals, to take back home.
