Posizione comoda per il centro. L'aria condizionata compresa nel prezzo. Il terrazzo grande e arredato.
Il bagno è totalmente da rifare: lo scarico del water insufficiente, la doccia piccola, perdeva acqua e il miscelatore non funziona correttamente perché veniva fredda o bollente di colpo. Lo scarico del condizionatore è nella doccia. Il frigo vecchio: si creava ghiaccio all'interno. Il condizionatore non raffresca totalmente la casa. Bisogna chiudere le porte del bagno e cameretta per raffrescare la camera da letto. Il lavello del terrazzo perde acqua e presentava delle alghe all'interno. Sotto lo stendino sono presenti dei fori da dove esce l'acqua del terrazzo del vicino quando lava.

Große Terrasse, große Küche, und Klimaanlage 😉
Die Bettwäsche und die Badetücher muss man getrennt bezahlen und wenn man fliegt, hat man allgemein kein Platz im Koffer, also ist man quasi verpflichtet 20€ mehr pro Person zu bezahlen.
