The adjoining room is a well appointed full bath and dressing area. Kitchen has large sliding picture window with outdoor service shelf to pass food and drinks onto the patio. Full sized fridge with ice maker and plenty of pantry and cabinet space. Two burner induction cooktop. Microwave / Convection Oven. Gas grill outside. Room darkening privacy shades. Appointed with basic cooking and serving tools. Electric griddle. Blender. On demand, continuous hot water heater. Plenty of clothes-hanging and storage space for vacation-length stays. Wall mounted flat screen Smart TV on swivel. WiFi. Two person indoor dinette on wheels. Outdoor dining table. 15,000 BTU HVAC, ceiling fan, whole home circulating fan, and attic exhaust fan. Very well insulated and quiet. Bluetooth speaker. Additional outdoor shower on back of main home available for any who desire to use it. One parking space dedicated to VRBO guests.

This tiny house is adorable. Its very well maintained and clean. I love the location: right in Annapolis so its close enough for all the local activities and cuisine, but still manages to be set apart from the bustle. Its a very quiet spot. Check-in and out was a seemless process. I loved the A-Z guide that answered all questions about the property and local recommendations. Excellent experience.
