1、周遭環境安靜、晚上也幾乎沒有任何車聲。 2、房間乾淨整潔、空間大、且通風良好。 3、走出巷子外、馬路邊有youbike可以使用。
1、如果是會有很多行李的旅客，要搬行李爬樓梯喔！ 2、拖鞋沒有固定房間使用。(將我們穿過的拖鞋放在有我們房號的鞋櫃，但回來還是被別人穿走了。) 3、附近民宿多，停車可能會要停到巷子外、馬路邊的停車格。

管家超收 一家四口有點言 隔音不好 有衣櫃沒衣架沒掛鈎 雖說有完善處理 但感覺還是不好

公共空間很寬敞，設備充足，有提供基本廚房用品及冰箱使用，甚至還有洗衣機，適合長久旅行的遊客。房間也很整潔。
唯一美中不足的是廁所的馬桶座已泛黃，且塑膠已脆化，使用起來感覺不太舒服。另外，這次房間安排在四樓，連住兩天爬四樓，真的太累了……。還有，廚房放置的綠茶茶包已過期，該撤掉囉。
