    Cleaniness and comfort of the room (and bathroom) is a better than great deal for the price paid. Other than the room not much else is offered. It is worth mentioning that they do have laundry facilities (bare bones) and perhaps a basic kitchen on the 5th floor which also servers as the lobby. I cannot confirm that the kitchen is accessible to tenants as I left early. Needless to say the 5th story lobby; with it's view; was an unexpected surprise,, worth enjoying.

    Located just a short walk away from great food places, has a 7-11 about 5 mins walk away and is in a relatively less chaotic part of town. The room was nice and spacious, with a large bathroom as well. The balcony was, well, functional - just take note that it is shared with the room next door, so you might want to lock the door at night or before you leave. The staff were really friendly, helpful and chill. The washing machine works, just that it's a little on the older side, is in the garage on first floor and the dryer function doesn't work - but there are many other laundromats around town so no worries there.

    Stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd day morning a lady came banging on the door asking if we would like to extend our stay. Pillow was too flat as well.
