Facilities were top notch, definitely felt like we got a great deal considering we came to Queenstown during Easter school holidays. Amenities were all high quality as well :) laundromat right downstairs and supermarket and restaurants just across the road. The short distance from town gave us some privacy which we enjoyed and still walkable to main city centre.
In the mornings the windows had a build up of condensation.While the living area was presented beautifully, the couch and sofa wasn’t very comfortable to watching TV and relax. May pay to have a small L-sofa in place of current couch arrangement. Also found that it was a bit squashed with the dining table, couch, plant and rubbish bin all lined up on the same wall. Also would have liked another small side table on the other side of the bed.

Check in/out was smooth and easy Basic kitchen items provided aswell as washing powder which was appreciated Fairly flat 15min walk into town
Can hear loud talking and walking in unit above until after midnight throughout our 3 night stay. None of the windows have fly screens so had to use aircon unit for cool air to avoid bugs, got incredibly stuffy. Couches are very very - small photos are deceptive. Parking out front is 30minutes only and no available street parking too busy - had to park 3 streets away
