Comfortable stay
I was asked to pay Rs 2200/- instead of actual charges booked by me, for two nights by hotel manager saying there was problem in the server due to which the actual hotel charges were not reflected in BOOKING.COM website.
So Hotel manager argued with me and denied to provide room. However, I made him realise that it was not the mistake of customer (me) and I insisted upon staying in the same charges, then he made me to speak to his boss, I briefed him the whole story. Thereafter I was allowed to stay at the same charges as per my booking.
Other than this incident, the stay was cool.
