Lovely views of the sea, it was lovely watching all the dog walkers in the mornings. It felt safe in the gated court. Great having a parking space. Flat was Comfortable. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would stay again. Managing company responsive to messages and helpful.
Collecting the keys in Eastbourne town. If you don’t have a car, it would be difficult as it’s not so close to the station and it’s a good 10 minute drive from the property. When I arrived, all of the wall heaters were off and it was freezing (3° outside) it took quite a few hours to warm up the place. It would’ve been nice if the managing company, knowing I was arriving, could’ve popped in to put the heating on. Lounge door is very difficult to close best not to open 😵‍💫

Our second stay and it was fantastic - again! Perfect location, spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and there was even a Christmas tree :-)
Picking up keys in town but it’s very easy if you have a car (or family nearby to help as we did!)

We loved the location and layout of the flat.
There wasn’t any decent pans to cook with. No paper towels, freezer was filthy. No coffee pot. Bedding: pillows were old and hard, old sheets and no top sheet. Couch was broken down, sunk when you tried to sit on it and it smelled.
