About this villa rental
Villa of 120 m², 10 people, private swimming pool, heated and covered with a shelter allowing you to discover the pool in its entirety, ideal to protect yourself from the wind and rain while leaving the possibility of enjoying the sunny days, in port Bourgenay commune of Talmont Saint Hilaire (85440), near Les Sables d'Olonne.
Villa on a fenced plot of 500 m² with a terrace in front and behind. Located in the heart of Bourgenay, everything is accessible on foot or by bike (The many safe cycle paths allow you to move easily by bike), 300 meters from the marina (slipway for launching, boat rental, have a drink or dinner in one of the restaurants of the port), 900 meters from the beach of Veillon (blue flag of Europe) as well as the forest.
All the amenities useful for daily life, within a radius of 50 meters: Bakery, Fruit and vegetables, Fishmonger, Tobacco press, Supermarket Proxi, Restaurants and Café, Bike rental, Tourist Office, Distributor.... For larger groceries, Supermarket U of Talmont Saint Hilaire, 5 minutes away.
50 meters from the villa, a shuttle bus connecting Port Bourgenay - Les Sables d'Olonne (only for the summer period).
Within a 20-minute drive: O'Glyss Park and INDIAN FOREST leisure parks (Water park, tree climbing, Water Jump, Défi Fun, Paintball.... in Moutiers-Les-Mauxfaits 85) and also, go-karting, children's leisure park, treasure hunt, horse riding, aerodrome... and finally, about 1h15 away, there is also the famous Puy du Fou, Saint Gilles Croix de vie and Noirmoutier.
Ps: Heated and covered swimming pool (water heated maximum 27° by a heat pump without electrical resistances and if the outside temperature is not below 10°), dimension of 3.5 x7 meters, water depth 1.40 meters with high shelters, with direct access from the house without going through the outside.
-The house does not have a WIFI connection, it is your responsibility to use your telephone connection.
-Public parking for cars behind the house giving direct access to the grounds of the house.
July and August, minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
In May and early June, possible on legal holiday weekends, minimum 2 nights.

We returned for a second stay and were not disappointed. The house is maintained to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. We used the pool every day; it is perfect regardless of the weather. The kitchen contains everything we could possibly need and we loved the covered outside dining area.

Excellent location and facilities. Very clean and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing. Everything you need on your doorstep. Lovely location with a short walk to beach and port.

The house was immaculate, and has everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday. The living area is very spacious and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. We loved the patio area and ate outside every day, helped by the shuttered cover that could be closed if the weather required it. But the best bit was the covered pool, heated to a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean.
The location is ideal with shops, bars and restaurants a few steps from the back gate. It is a short walk to the lovely port, and a slightly longer walk (or short free bus ride) to the beach. We hardly used the car at all as there was so much to do locally. The area is fantastic for cycling, with many bike friendly routes and a cycle hire shop outside the back gate.
We honestly couldn't have wanted anything more.

We stayed here first two weeks of August. The house was fairly clean, bath mats could do with a wash, but we moved these out of the way. The kitchen was well equipped we managed to cook various meals in the kitchen/bbq.The check in was ok but be prepared for the fact they stand and count your cash before entry. Our biggest problem was this property was advertised with WIFI and two of us on the trip run a business so this was a must for us and one reason we picked this property. This house Does NOT have wifi. Raised this with host and with vrbo and nothing. Let down by the false advert.Also the house is next to a very noisey bar. The live music does end 10-11pm everynight but the noise and shouting carries well into 2-3am every morning!. If you are after a peaceful sleep look else where. The amenities around the house are very good. Beach/restraunts are all within walking distance and the port with the wednesday market is lovely too.
