Without vis-à-vis, surrounded by a garden of 3000 m² and with a heated swimming pool (from May to September), it is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends, only 15 minutes from the beach of Veillon and 20 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne.

GROUND FLOOR
. An entrance through the porch opening directly onto the veranda and the terrace on the pool side and access to the house.
. An independent entrance to store shoes, clothes, personal belongings.... and a staircase leading to the first floor.
. A spacious and bright living room with fireplace with wood at your disposal. Access to the two terraces of the house.
. A dining area that can accommodate all travelers opening onto the full kitchen with cooking piano, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and all the necessary crockery.
. A spacious en-suite master bedroom (double bed 140X200) with cupboard and a private bathroom (Italian shower).
. A separate toilet.
UPSTAIRS
. A first bedroom with 2 single beds (90 X200) that can be pushed together if necessary.
. A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200).
. A central office space.
. A third bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200) that can also be pushed together if needed.

Property well situated for beaches tourism etc. Overall lovely property, however the toilets are very small and upstairs bathroom would benefit from a riser rail for shower. Decking around the pool had some loose boards with raised nails and could be harmful to little feet. Towards the end of the last week the pool turned green with algae and made it un pleasant to use. BBQ and outside eating area were great. Maybe a larger freezer space as us brits don't tend to shop daily.
