About this apartment rental
Apartment very well located, 200m from the slopes and shops.
Balcony 6m² with superb view of the valley, the mountains and Mont-Blanc, not overlooked.
Accommodation on 2 levels.
1st level:
living room with television, equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave....
Shower room and separate toilet, refurbished in 2021.
Sleeps 2 adults, pull-out bed in the living room.
2nd level:
Bedroom: double bed 140x190 with TV, DVD player, magnificent view of the valley.
Mezzanine: with 1 single bed 80x190 + 1 bunk bed (top bed for child only).
The sleeping area on the 2nd level has 1.79m high ceilings.
The apartment is rated 4 Crystals according to Paradiski rating criteria.

Sheets and towels not provided.
It is possible to rent them, by booking in advance with the agency that takes care of the collection of the keys on your arrival.
Reservations are only made from Saturday to Saturday, from mid-December to the end of March.
Do not hesitate to contact me for specific requests outside this period.
The apartment must be completely cleaned before your departure. The agency that gives you the keys offers a paid service for the end-of-stay cleaning, to be discussed with them on your arrival, when you hand over the keys.
Very friendly and dynamic resort, summer and winter. Aquatic area with swimming pool, saunas, hammams, many shops and restaurants.
Large ski area, 420km of slopes, snowshoeing, dog sledding...
In summer, many activities are possible: trampoline, tree climbing, archery, downhill mountain biking, hiking, rafting.....
In winter, access to the Les Arcs 1800 resort is subject to a fee. You have the possibility to book a covered parking space for an additional €30/€40. The closest parking lots to the apartment are Les Villards or Charmettoger parking lots.

We had a great week at Denis' apartment. Everything was very convenient and the apartment was just a short walk to the lifts. As it was our first time in the resort we had a lot of questions but Denis was very responsive to them all.

Lovely ski apartment, a short walk to the Transarc lift We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of space for us all. The ceiling height on the mezzanine floor wasn’t an issue as we’re not tall but anyone over 5’10” would have to duck.The kitchen was well equipped with a full oven and dishwasher. The shower is great.Denis was really helpful with before our stay and pointed out the best car park to book and check in information.

Very nice and cozy little apartment, located only about 200m walk from the main “Transarc” ski lift. Denis is a friendly person and responds very quickly.The only little downside is the ski locker is not included but the skis can be absolutely safely stored on the balcony. But overall it was an amazing stay.Thank you
