The Appartement des Musiciens is located on the main artery of the hill of Sidi Bou Saïd, 200 meters from the legendary Café des Nattes. It is housed in a two-century-old house, completely renovated in 2018. Very beautiful works of art and musical instruments adorn the walls and circulation. In short, the Apartment of the Musicians will offer you all the necessary amenities to spend a most pleasant stay.
The Musicians' Apartment is composed of:
a nice living room with 2 large 3-seat sofas and 1 armchair
a very well equipped kitchen:
1 microwave,
1 baking sheet,
1 hood,
1 Nespresso coffee machine,
1 refrigerator,
1 small dining area with 2 bar stools.
The 2 Bedrooms:
In the master suite - with vaulted roof (typical architecture of Sidi Bou Saïd) - you will find a bathroom with large walk-in shower. In addition, with its 70 cm thick walls, this suite promises you absolute calm.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a bathroom.
In the Musicians' Apartment, you can enjoy a very beautiful 50m2 terrace, covered with a wooden deck with bench seat. The latter can accommodate ten people. Equipped with a dining area for 4 people, you will be able to contemplate, day and night, the bay of Tunis, the port of Sidi Bou Said and the coasts of Carthage.
Note that the Musicians' Apartment is located in a large house, which overlooks two streets. Located in the center of the old village, on the main Habib Thameur artery, the apartment is on the side of the second street served by the house - Avenue Othman Kaak.
Also, the Apartment of the Musicians is in the immediate vicinity of the large parking lot of Sidi Bou Said - so you will have no problem parking your car, where there are always places available, and in complete safety. Also, a few meters away, you will find shops, banks, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, museums, etc.
Personalized services on request and prices:
- Breakfast delivered to your home from 8:30 to 12:00. (choice between 3 types of menu:
• Continental menu at 7. 5 €
• Alarm Clock menu at 10 €
• Brunch menu at 15 €
- Cleaning lady: 20 € / day
-Cooker: 40 € per dinner or lunch (the cook will do the shopping and present the receipt to be paid by travelers)
-Airport shuttle:
• For 1 to 4 people: 20 € one way, 40 € round trip
• For 5 to 8 people: 30 € one way, 60 € round trip
If you opt for the shuttle service, a driver will be waiting for you with a name sign, just next to the Orange shop - when leaving, on the left.
